After a sold-out experience last time, we’re returning to the sacred cliffs of Bali for a deeper, more intentional journey.

Behind Stillness is a 4-nights, 5-days wellness retreat where strength meets surrender.

It’s designed for real people—no matter your gender, experience level, or relationship to wellness.

You’ll move. You’ll rest. You’ll reconnect.

This is a space to reflect, reset, and rebuild—within yourself, and with the people you love.

Whether you come solo or bring your best friend, partner, sibling, or parent—this retreat is about meaningful connection. Expect both fire and flow: from cliffside HIIT and surfing, to deep restorative yoga, guided meditations, and personal time to just be.

The Investment

Single Occupancy: 2,125 USD

Double Occupancy: 1660 USD per person

Bungalow (4 persons): 1390 USD per person

    October 9 | Thursday

    Morning at Lulu’s (9:00 AM): Hatha Yoga – Flexibility & Opening Flow

    A slow, grounding flow to open the body and invite breath into new spaces.

    Breakfast & Journaling – 10:30 AM

    Free Time (11:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

    Explore Uluwatu’s hidden beaches, cafés, or simply rest in stillness. (Local guide provided.)

    Evening at Lulu’s (6:00 PM): Yin Yoga + Sound Healing

    A restorative flow followed by sound healing and meditation to ground into your experience.

    October 10 | Friday

    HIIT Workout at Bambu – 8:45 AM

    Power up with a jungle HIIT session tapping into fire, strength, and masculine energy.

    Breakfast – 10:00 AM

    Free Time (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

    Choose your rhythm—wander, write, nap, or connect.

    Evening at Lulu’s (6:00 PM): Dragon Flow + Guided Meditation

    An energetic full-body flow followed by a grounding release ritual and stillness.

    Farewell Dinner – 8:00 PM

    Our last full evening together—one of celebration, stories, and gratitude.

    October 11 | Saturday

    Sunrise Yoga (6:00 AM Departure): Cliffside Vinyasa Flow

    Flow with the rising sun over the ocean. Breath-led movement to awaken and strengthen. (To-go snacks + drinks provided.)

    BGS Coffee Stop for exquisite coffee

    Recovery Spa at The Istana – 9:00 to 11:00 AM

    Unwind with ocean-view contrast therapy, sauna, and silence.

    Afternoon (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Beach Day or Surfing Class

    Take the waves or take it slow—your time, your pace.

    5:30 pm active Yin + release ceremony

    Final integration under the stars. Release what’s no longer yours, gather what is. Reflect, connect, and burn bright together.

    Soulful Dinner – 8:00 PM

    Community meal at a curated local spot. Connection over nourishing plates.

  • A 50% non refundable deposit will guarantee you a spot on this retreat.

  • Cancellations made more than 1 month before the retreat will receive a 50% refund of the full fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 month of the retreat.
